Dr. Vijayanand Jamalpuri is a Neonatologist and General Pediatrician with over 20 years of experience.
He specializes in caring for extremely preterm infants, critically ill neonates, and unwell children. 
After completing his MBBS from Osmania Medical College, he also achieved an MD in Pediatrics from Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad.
He also earned MRCPCH, FRCPCH, CCT (UK), and a Fellowship in Neonatology from New Zealand.
His other qualifications include a post-graduate certificate in medical education from the University of Bristol, a UK certificate in clinician-performed ultrasound, and an Australia IPSS-INSPIRE fellowship in simulation, USA.
With an extensive career spanning nearly a decade in the United Kingdom and a two-year tenure in New Zealand, he pursued advanced studies in pediatrics and neonatology.
Dr. Vijayanand serves as faculty for DNB Paediatrics, Fellowship in Neonatology, and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), as well as simulation-based courses and faculty development programs in simulation.
As a passionate medical educator, he advocates for translational learning and has played a pivotal role in promoting simulation-based learning for enhanced patient safety in India.
