He received training in ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreaticogram) and EUS (Endoscopic ultrasound) in 2009, advanced ESD/POEM training at Zhongshan University Hospital in Shanghai, China, in 2019, and advanced ESD/POEM training at West China Hospital in Chengdu, China, in 2019.
Dr. Mahadevan presented a paper on “Clearance of impacted stone at hepatico-jejunostomy site with spyglass cholangioscopy DS and laser lithotripsy” in ENDO 2017 (1st World Congress of GI Endoscopy in February 2017).
He has also been a reviewer for the European Journal for Gastroenterology and Hepatology for the past five years.
He was invited for a lecture at a National Conference in Chengdu, China, and presented a topic on “EUS Rendezvous technique” in September 2019.
