N.M. Wadia Institute of Cardiology is a multi-specialty cardiac hospital founded in 1966 in Pune by the late Dr. S.M.S Mody and is accredited by the NABH. The hospital was established in 1973 with better infrastructure facilities for its patients. It is the first super specialty cardiac hospital in Pune for heart care. The hospital is one of the first cardiac care hospitals with a great team of specialists and doctors. The aim of setting up the hospital is to provide excellent heart care facilities to all people. It is known for giving the best patient care and stepping into the footsteps of following the latest diagnostic and treatment procedures. The organization shares many success stories with the patients, and patients show immense trust in the doctors and the hospital. The hospital performed a very rare cardiology procedure on a 60-year-old patient who was not responding to medical management. The first OCT-guided angioplasty is performed in this institute.
