This medical college, hospital and research centre started as a single institute, and over the time of 20 years, they have grown manifold with nine institutes under them. The medical hospital is a known COVID vaccination centre in Pimpri, Pune. It has established its own Regenerative Medicine Laboratory in the Dental College and a Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory in the Medical College. The research centre is fully equipped with advanced technology and equipment like flow cytometry, a Trinocular microscope, and a Confocal microscope. They use technology like Karyotyping & FISM. It is ranked 24th in the medical category as per the NIRF ranking in 2020. It also received the national award in the Green Hospital category from the Association of Healthcare Providers in February 2020.
