In 2009, he underwent Fellowship in Spine Surgery from Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore.
He has achieved AO Spine Fellowship from Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham in 2014.
In 2015, he attained a visiting fellowship in Spine Surgery from Cleveland Hospital, Florida.
He is the first spine surgeon to have performed over 1,000 spine surgeries from skull base to tail bone.
