Later, he did a D.Ortho from Dr. V.M. Medical College, Solapur, in 1994.
He has been the Vice President and President of the Indian Medical Association, Aurangabad.
He was also Hon.Secretary of Aurangabad Orthopedic Association AOA 2011-12
He is a respected member of associations like the Maharashtra Orthopedic Association (MOA), Indian Orthopedic Association (IOA), Association of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI), Association of Interlocking Nailing Surgeons of India( NAILS), Indian Medical Association (IMA), AO Spine member, and NASS (North American Spine society).
