He has performed more than 1000 shoulder arthroscopic surgeries and over 100 shoulder replacement surgeries.
He was awarded Fellowships such as AGA Fellowship in Sports Medicine in 2011 and ISAKOS Fellowship in Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine in 2012.
Dr. Sushal did MBBS from MS Ramaiah Medical College in 2004 and MS in Orthopedics from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences in 2010.
He has spent one year as a clinical fellow at Sports Trauma Center, Germany.
