Dr. Das completed his DM in Nephrology from SGPGI, Lucknow. He has completed his MD in internal medicine from KGMU (King George Medical University) Lucknow.
Dr. Das is renowned for performing renal transplants, besides haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, critical care nephrology, intervention nephrology, vascular access, and renal biopsies.
He has been instrumental in establishing the Dialysis and Transplant programme at AMRI Hospitals and also in expanding the kidney transplantation programme in the state. He is also very active in conducting camps, awareness programmes, and also gives extensive training in management and care of renal transplant patients.
