After completing her MBBS, she did MD in Pediatrics from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and Fellowship in National Board in Pediatric Hemato-Oncology and BMT from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre, New Delhi.
She is an active member of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics- Pediatric Hemato-oncology and the International Society of Pediatric Oncology.
