Dr. Rajagopalan did an MBBS in 2001 from Kilpauk Medical College, Tamilnadu, and a Diploma (Orthopaedics) in 2004 from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research.
He also pursued MRCS (Orthopaedics) in 2007 and FRCS (Trauma and Orthopaedics) in 2011 from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, UK.
Dr. Rajagopalan was awarded a fellowship from the European Board of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery (FEBOT) in 2011 in France.
Later, he completed a fellowship in shoulder, elbow, and wrist surgery in 2012 at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital, UK.
Dr. Rajagopalan was recognised as the Best Outgoing Student during his Diploma (Orthopaedics) from JIPMER in 2004.
He has authored many peer-reviewed publications in international and national journals.
