Dr. Nandakumar completed his MBBS in 2002 from Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College, Salem, and his MS (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2014 from Madras Medical College in Tamilnadu.
Later, he pursued a DNB (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2015 from the National Board of Examinations.
Dr. Nandakumar, a hip and knee replacement surgeon in India, did fellowships in joint replacement (FIJR) and in Sports Medicine from the UK.
He was a awarded a Prof. Ramakrishnan Gold Medal by Tamil Nadu Orthopaedic Association Exam as well as honoured as a Best Outgoing Post Graduate during his MS (Orthopaedic Surgery).
