Dr. Majid Ahmed Talikoti

Dr. Majid Ahmed Talikoti is a reputed Surgical Oncologist with +10 years of experience in the field of surgical oncology.
He holds professional memberships of the Indian Medical Association, the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, the Society of American Gastro Endoscopy Surgeons and Society of Surgical Oncology.
Dr. Talikoti completed MBBS from Al Ameen Medical College, Bijapur, 2001 and MS General surgery in 2007.  He also has acquired advanced training from the Dr. B. R Ambedkar Institute- Rotary Cancer Hospital, Delhi, 2010. In 2011, he acquired advanced surgical oncology training from the National Caner Centre, Japan, 2011.
Dr. Talikoti is reputed for his expertise in performing cancer surgeries for treatment for breast cancer, tumours, testicular cancer, breast conservation surgery, minimally-invasive laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. He is particularly experienced in head and neck surgery, conservative and reconstructive breast surgery, soft tissue tumour resections and oncoplasty.  
 An active medical professional, Dr. Talikoti has been an educational faculty for DNB surgical oncology under National Board of Examination. He also organises symposiums and health talks at various scientific forums.
