He completed his MS - Basic training in Ophthalmology from K.E.M College, the University of Mumbai in 2001, MRCOphth - Advanced training and expertise from Royal College London in Cataract and Retinal diseases in 2004, and also Fellowship in Vitreo-Retina - Well rounded training from the Premier Eye Institute of India in 2008.
