Dr. Kalpana S Hegde is a well-known ENT surgeon with 15+ years of experience in the field.
Along with being a part od various reputed organizations, she is registered with the Karnataka Medical Council.
She completed her MBBS from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore in 1999, Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO) from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore in 2005 with “Best outgoing student of the year” award.
Later she completed DNB in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore in 2010.
She has expertise in all aspects of general ENT as well as head & neck surgeries including microscopic ear surgeries, endoscopic sinus surgeries, surgeries for voice disorders, salivary gland surgeries, and thyroid surgeries. She also has a special interest in Endoscopic sinus surgeries and neck surgeries.
She has presented papers in various state and national conferences and has won Gold Medal for “Best paper presentation”.
Dr. Hegde has conducted medical health check-up camps for the poor and needy patients along with patient education programs at the community level gatherings.
