Later, he pursued his fellowship in diabetes in collaboration with Royal Liverpool Academy, UK, and his passion for humanity pursued him to do an Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (fellowship in critical care) from Narayana Hrudayalaya Bangalore.
His specialty includes managing all complications of diabetes including diabetic foot, neuropathy, end-organ damage like nephropathy. He has also expertise in managing various infectious diseases, critical cases in Cardiology, Hepatology, Hematology, Nephrology, and Neurology diseases.
Additionally, Dr. Harish has trained a number of postgraduate/fellowship students in critical care and has been an active participant in many state and national talks on the management of various conditions in ICU.
