The Post-Doctoral training was provided at one of the country's best institutes, G B PANT Hospital (Moulana Azad Medical College) in New Delhi.
He has had laparoscopies and a liver transplant fellowship from Gangaram Hospital in New Delhi and SMC Seoul in South Korea, in addition to his GI training.
He has extensive experience in open and laparoscopic operations for difficult GI disorders, including cancers of the GI tract, as well as bariatric and pancreatic surgery.
He has worked in Gangaram Hospital in New Delhi, Manipal Hospitals, and Narayana Hrudayalaya in Bangalore.
He has over 500 pancreatic procedures, 100 liver surgeries, and over 5000 laparoscopic surgeries under his belt. He has presented original papers at numerous "National and International Conferences," written textbook chapters, and spoken at numerous scientific conferences.
He is particularly interested in laparoscopic liver and pancreatic surgery.
He is fluent in languages like English, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil.
