Dr. Akshay Mehta is a well-known Cardiologist, who has an experience of nearly 42 years.
He is specialized in procedures like Cardiac catheterisation, coronary angioplasty,
Coronary angiogram, peripheral angiography and many others.
He received Best Student Award for Standing first in SSC amongst all Schools in Andheri area.
After doing MBBS, Dr. Akshay did MD in General Medicine from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College in 1980.
He also continued to do DM in Cardiology from Topiwala National Medical College & BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in 1986.
He has worked with hospitals such as Asian Heart Institute, Hinduja Hospital, Holy Family Hospital, and BSES Arogyanidhi Hospital.
Currently, he is a part of Cardiological Society of India, American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, Association of Physicians of Indian, and Indian Medical Association.
