Dr. Ajay S Shetty, or Dr. Ajay Shridhara Shetty, is urologist and andrologist with 16+ years of experience.
He was instrumental in starting the department of Urology and also started the Female Urology and Andrology services in Bangalore Baptist Hospital.
He has expertise in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery, Endo-Urology and Urologic Oncology.
He has been awarded the Dr. B. Ramamurthy DNB Gold medal for General Surgery in 2004 at national level.
Dr. Shetty completed his MBBS from JSS Medical College, Mysore, DNB - General Surgery – from Bangalore Baptist Hospital, Bangalore and DNB - Urology/Genito - from Muljibhai Patel Urology Hospital, Nadiad.
He is a member of the Urological Society of India (USI), American Urology Association and Bangalore Urological Society (BUA).
